I am wondering, how quickly the epic center of the novel Corona virus, Wuhan has become a virus-free zone?

While the wide spreading of pandemic, China itself said and had completely quarantined it.  Meanwhile, The Wuhan was so devastatingly affected but surprisingly Beijing was safe. Beijing did not have quarantine during this time. Hard restrictions lock down can be attributed to this, but how did schools, shops and markets open up in Wuhan so quickly and business started?

The Covid-19 virus was so made that everyone thought it was created by US to keep China behind in the trade war. While the real consequence sedation is now being revealed, other countries including Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Britain, Canada and the Us have been badly affected by the virus. This has moved the entire estate to the architecture of all countries. 

The whole scenario seems like that it becomes killer as a victim and a victim as oppressor!
